SPENCER LAURIENTE
Spencer Lauriente started his first construction company with just a shovel and a wheelbarrow at the age of only 18. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Spencer’s expertise is in business development, estimating and human resources. It was his vision that founded Canadian Landscape and Civil Services. Spencer is currently the Principle owner and President.

Ron Lauriente
With over 24 years of experience, Ron is our Operations Superintendent. Ron has specialized in installations and there is nothing in the realm of Landscaping that he has not done. He is an authority on retaining wall systems, paving stones, excavation, grading, drain-tile, plant installation, lawn installation and irrigation.

Daryl Grassick
With over 25 years of Hardscape experience, Daryl leads our Hardscape Division. As a certified segmental block wall installer and a master paving stone layer, Daryl and his team have established us as industry leaders in this field.

Brad Michael
Brad Michael had his start in landscaping in his teens, since 2003 Brad has been a key member of our team. Having had tremendous results in his projects, Brad has been promoted to his current status of Project Manager and is guiding several key projects to a successful and accurate completion.

Jon Burnham
Jon leads the Irrigation Division of the company and is a Certified Level Two installer by the IIABC (Irrigation Industry Association of B.C). Responsible for all irrigation installation and design aspects, Jon has proven to be one of the best in the industry by consistently installing thorough, dependable systems that are built to last and perform.

Brad Kautzman
Brad joined our company in 1998 and has been a key member of our field staff. He has been a superintendent for the last 5 years and as such, has a specialized knowledge of paving stones, retaining walls, irrigation, soft landscaping and drainage systems. Brad has a loyal following with his crew members and clients, achieving this by excellent guidance and accurate installations.

Shaun Miller
Shaun Miller started with CLC in early 2002 as a summer job working in the field, and has worked in many facets of the business. Having been involved in many of our largest projects Shaun brings a wide breadth of experience to the team. Shaun is currently our senior estimator.
