Work includes erosion and sediment controls, grubbing, grading, storm connections, drainage and irrigation system including tie-ins, concrete paving, curbs, walls and stairs. Scope also includes steel work and carpentry for timber fencing, railings, seating and stairs, to supply and install all site furnishings including play equipment, skate park and timber play structures.
